|2019| An audience development strategy to improve public involvement in the activities of the House of European History.

House of European History is a project of the European Parliament: it does not tell individual national stories, but focuses on the complex, transnational phenomena that have shaped the continent. A museum that is a place for discussion, understanding and learning of the events that led to the birth of the European Union; an institution that offers a multifaceted interpretation of the past and suggests links with the issues that matter to today’s Europe.
For the House of European History, ECCOM has the task of developing a strategy to expand the audiences, in order to involve citizens and communities in sharing the complexities on which the EU is founded.
