The cultural and creative industry district of Cádiz

|2011| A research to identify new ways of developing the creative industries and enhancing the Andalusian cultural heritage.

Aware that culture is a citizens’ right, but also a social and economic resource and that the cultural system is a productive sector that affects the socio-economic development of the community, the Junta de Andalucìa carries out actions to strengthen the economic-cultural sector as part of their Strategic Plan for Culture.
In this context, ECCOM carries out research activities and analyses international case studies to identify good practices for the development of the creative industries and the promotion of Andalusian cultural heritage.
The study also provides tools for assessing the socio-economic impact of cultural policies in Andalusia.
