Degree in Economics – University of Rome "La Sapienza".

He is specialised in the elaboration and implementation of cultural projects, and also carries out statistical and economic analyses in the fields of the performing arts and of cultural tourism.
He joined Eccom in 2000 and he is also member of the "Associazione per l'Economia della Cultura".
He has been consultant of the Italian Observatory of the performing art in the Italian Minister of Cultural Heritage from 2004 to 2008 and of many public and private enterprises such as Formez, Regione Basilicata, Luiss Management, IZI, Adriano Olivetti Foundation, Zétema Foundation.
He has worked as consultant in international projects such as: "Promoción del turismo de las misiones en el Mundo guaraní" - Banco Interamericano de Desarollo – International Development Bank– Target Euro – Paraguay; "Technical assistance to the Minister of Culture for the implementation of the restoration laboratories in the National Museum of Belgrade and for the realisation of the central Institute for Restoration in Serbian Republic – Minister of Foreign Affair – DG Italian Cooperation for development – Belgrade.
He was part of the working group involved in the research "Sustainable Financing Mechanisms for Cultural Investments, Institutions, and Activities", ICARE - International Center for Arts Economics ‑ Venezia e World Bank Organisation ‑ Washington, D.C., USA and in the elaboration of the sustainability management plan of the archaeological are of Hampi (India).
He teaches Economics of the Arts and Culture in many post-graduate courses.
