Karnataka State – Department of Tourism, India (2009)

Realisation of a strategic plan aimed at enhancing the value and the perception of cultural heritage within the archaeological area of Hampi, in order to foster the development of tourism but at the same time safeguarding the environment and the heritage itself. Strict criteria of sustainability have been followed during the realisation of the strategic plan, realised by Eccom, Hydea and Target Euro, in order to realise a detailed plan which took into consideration the need of valorisation and that of the preservation of a very complex and delicate archaeological site.

The project has been coordinated by Vincenzo Zappino (Target-euro). Members of the working group for Eccom were Cristina Da Milano, Giulio Stumpo and Michele Trimarchi.
