The programme will facilitate a dialogue between the 'end-learners' and cultural managers leading to greater mutual understanding; it will take place simultaneously in several European locations and enable sharing and exchange of of knowledge, practice and insights leading to a deeper understanding of how culture and artistic activities can be made more accessible and relevant to the widest spectrum of the population.  The European partnership dimension will enrich this knowledge by providing a wide range of cultural and social perspectives  from a diverse range of backgrounds and traditions.  Such diversity will act as a catalyst for learning and growth among cultural managers, as well as among end-adult learners in terms of the role of arts and culture in the process of life-long learning.
